Circuit 2
Wide Grip Lat Pulldown: 15 repetitions
Close Grip Chinup: 10 repetitions
Dumbbell Lunge: 10 repetitions
Split Jump: 10 repetitions
Hanging Leg Raise: 20 repetitions
